What to Include in the Shipping Policy
We ship all orders using UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.

Standard shipping has a 2-3 week lead time for delivery.
Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

We will replace any lost or damaged packages at no extra cost.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@obsidianpeople.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the damage along with your order number.

We will provide a return label for the damaged item to be shipped back to us. Once we receive the item, a replacement will be sent.
Refunds and Returns:

Refunds are only issued in rare cases and must be approved.

If you still have the item, we require photos of the product before issuing a return label.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and logged into our system.
