What to Include in the Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard shipping has a 2-3 week lead time for delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We will replace any lost or damaged packages at no extra cost.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@obsidianpeople.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage along with your order number.

  • We will provide a return label for the damaged item to be shipped back to us. Once we receive the item, a replacement will be sent.

Refunds and Returns:

  • Refunds are only issued in rare cases and must be approved.

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@obsidianpeople.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.

  • If you still have the item, we require photos of the product before issuing a return label.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and logged into our system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in tracking your package and resolving issues when possible.
