He Built I'Freez For His Daughter. Now Toledo's Building It With Him.

Obsidian People, meet Quan Blackman ,the man turning lemonade into legacy.

I'Freez Lemonade started in 2019 the way a lot of the best things do small, personal, and for someone he loved. Quan initially started I'Freez because he wanted to create something tangible for his 5-year-old daughter to grow with and teach her entrepreneurship. That's it. That's the whole origin. A dad, a daughter, and a dream he could hand her.

But it didn't stay small. It's became more than just a lemonade business, he wanted to build something that brings people together, sparks conversation, and creates lasting memories within the community. And Toledo, that's exactly what he's doing.

Every cup is handmade, made-to-order, no shortcuts real lemons, real fruit, real ingredients, because he believes people deserve more than just another cup of lemonade.

Right now you can catch I'Freez through same-day pickup or at one of their community pop-ups around the city but the next one isn't just a pop-up. It's an invitation.

The Flavor Xperience Event drops Sunday, August 16, at I'Freez's first-ever private tasting event Taste. Connect. Influence.

VIP members and their guests get first taste of four new flavors, a say in what makes the menu, a Legacy Number, and a spot in the Community Circle. Bring a blanket. Come camera ready.

This is the kind of room where the people who show up become part of the story.
